Ordinary food, terrible service. Particular mention goes to the employee named Rohan. If our group of over dozen book a three hour dinner and drink package, we don’t appreciate you trying to tell us at it was only two, and making a scene during our dinner. We shouldn’t have had to resort to proving our point via an email chain, for you to honour our booking. Not to mention the “private room” was in the main dining area, or the fact that you made and extra $300 from us due to three guests not attending which you claimed was irrelevant. We didn’t argue either of these points, as that’s what decent people do. If only you approached your customers the same way.

Such a busy place. The atmosphere was great. Very friendly and helpful staff, happy to have a chat and welcome you in. Service with a smile, great to see. The beer was fantastically cold. The food was delivered efficiently and was cooked to perfection. Will definitely revisit. Highly recommend.

Drinks are reasonably priced and quick service. Very kool space. Loved how close we were to trains. Only minus for me was too noisy, music to loud for conversation.

Nice place with bars at different levels and interesting layout and balconies. Food was sizeable and staff were friendly. You can take some photo with Melbourne Trains too

Great pub, coming here before the footy is a ritual for me. The food is great too and it's a huge pub, four levels.

I had the best time with Isabelle the bartender upstairs! I loved all the drinks she recommended and made for me. She was amazing and so nice made my night so much better!!

Great venue but limited range of drinks. Considering richmond is surrounded by great breweries atleast one of the taps should offer a craft dark beer in winter.

Good atmosphere! Quick service in terms of getting food out! Usually come here before heading to the rugby.

Great friendly pub the bar staff was absolutely amazing and so friendly wew went in on a footy day and no booking they where so nice and got us a table, nothing was to much effort for them... the food was very nice as well, they could do with some kids options on the menu but apart from that it was all very nice ..
