291 Annandale St 2038, Annandale
Had a bacon and egg roll with other fancy additions and 3 kinds of sauce..it was super delicious and the price was right, and the service was friendly. The reason for not getting 5 stars is twofold: We had to ask for sugar for our coffee 3 times to get two sugars for each coffee. Also they don't seem to have the knack of serving HOT coffee..I drank my cup in 3 sips. Attention to detail is compulsory in businesses dealing with regular flow of people.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. It’s one thing to make a bad café, it’s another to buy a great café and make it terrible. The bacon and egg roll (once one of the best in Sydney) is now a poorly constructed mess that for some reason features half a kilo of sweaty, greasy undercooked bacon. RIP Revolver.
Great location and lovely old building, on the corner nicely done up. Food is typical Cafe, average. Coffee is good, juices fresh.
Great spot for brunch. The food was amazing. We had the Shakshouka, Eggs Benedict and (the best one) Ratatouille. The flavors were amazing. I will definitely come again. Reserving a table is recommended as this is a popular spot.
Lovely spot, it really has a great community vibe to it. The service was friendly and prices are similar to other similar cafes. The hot chocolate was great, not too sweet. Coffees were also good. The big breakfast was really good, way more than I could eat though with beans, tomato, chorizo, mushrooms, bacon, egg, bread...wow. The Arabian eggs were also great. The egg and bacon roll was very generous on the bacon, and the sauces were great. The bread roll was a bit of a beast to cut into so I had to ask for a steak knife.
Visited Revolver after so many great reviews. Was seated quickly indoors around lunch time on a Sunday - it was full but thankfully did not have to wait. Staff were attentive and nice. Ordered the buttered arabian eggs with an extra side of mushrooms - really delicious but a little too much yoghurt for my liking. Next time will probably swap it out for avocado instead and will try some other menu items! Only downside was that it was quite smokey inside, poor ventilation from the kitchen
A top spot in the back streets of Annandale never ceases to impress with an always changing menu great coffee and pantries. Service is good get here early though it's popular spot deservedly so...
Thought the eggs benedict didn't go well with the corn fritters. I'd rather have them with sourdough or muffins. The muffins looked great at the counter but was plain and flavourless.
One of my favourite cafes in all of Sydney! Service is always so friendly, and love coffee and the food!! The best part is that it's always been a consistent experience for me every single time! Highly recommended!
I work and eat all over Sydney. This has remained one of my favourite places. The chef has an excellent ability to pair flavours. Try the daily specials ;)
