Great cinema, easy check in, new seating is comfortable and roomy. Can't wait to see the Old Theatre when it's restored.

I attended the cinema for the first time in 11 yrs since I had a bad experience with continual use of phones. Mel and the girls in the box office and candy shop made me very welcome. I was greatly impressed with the outlay of the place. Very spacious and comfortable seating. I give them 1000 stars. Will call again.

This facility simply provides a good cinema experience. The inside seems to be still undergoing some renovations, so while I enjoy the new features I will update when all is done.

Staff where lovely and very attentive. The sits where comfortable even just for the basic level. Over all good experience.

Went to Gold Class for the very first time today and decided to treat ourselves with ordering food from the Gold Class Menu . The service was fantastic , from the welcoming friendly greeting , being shown to our seats , the menu offered and explained. Gave us time to chose before coming back to take our order. Food was delivered when they said with minimal disturbance . The food was fantastic- it was hot and the serving was huge and so were the drinks . The desert was scrumptious and so big also . The seats were very comfortable and the screen very easy to see . And the lovely staff were there to greet us as we left as well . A fantastic experience and I will certainly return . Well done to all the staff and the chef at Regent Cinema Albury . I also loved being able to book online and chose my own seats . Thank You , definitely 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Went to see The Croods Anew Age. Was not expecting what came next. I have 2 young kids, so it can be quite painful to entertain them whilst waiting for the movie to start. Inside the cinema there was a kids area, with an attendant to look after kids till the movie started. There was an intermission half way through so they can go play and draw. Amazing idea and easy on the parents.

Polite and friendly staff, the new chairs look great and feel nice but that is where compliments stop. The new chairs are spring loaded for comfort - but what is comfortable when you move your body and the chair back moves? As a patron - the movie hasn't started yet and I am in discomfort and annoyance that the chair moves and I spend the next 15 seconds trying to get comfortable again. There is no locking option to set the chair at your preferred position. I will not re attend and will not be complimentary to friends to visit until the seating is made comfortable.
