Absolutely nothing like it looked on the menu. They have a delivery service and expected me to return the food. Would not waste my money on this again

Orders are often messed up, poor service. Today, I ordered for just me and in 1 simple box they missed 2 things, got my roll wrong. I went to counter to get it fixed and ensured the ordered was correct just to get home and find out it was still wrong and missing components. I get making mistakes, but making the same one 3 times? This happens way too often, and things are way overpriced. The staff just don't care at all, wouldn't give refund or any compensation. Pathetic. Get KFC, its better, cheaper, and less likely to mess up your order.

Love this red red rooster! Food is always fresh and hot! The customer service is great, there is one lady in particular, I wish I knew her name!

Was great and still tastes awesome.. A newer menu from what i last remember and meals were good.

Staff are friendly, it's nice and clean. Food is alright. Biggest issue is getting orders wrong. Last 3 times I've gone I've ordered a Cheese & Bacon Rippa and been wrongfully given a normal Rippa. Order my colleague made said no mayo and was given extra mayo.

Been going there for 10 years never had a bad meal yet.

I went into this red rooster restaurant last week and when first walking in noticed that the eating area was rather messy (food on tables, rubbish overflowing bin etc.) but I decided to ignore this and order my food, when I went to order my Food I was waiting for a while and had to ask to be served and then was rudely greeted on the front counter by a girl named Olivia when asked if I could speak to a manager a was introduced to a snobby woman who had no interest in what I was saying at all!! Defiantly would not recommend this place to anyone not even my worst enemy!!! Wish I could give this zero stars because 1 is too much!
