RASHAYS - Mt Druitt

Good food, good value and amazing crew. They are very busy today and they deserve to have the long queue of customers. They have forgotten a couple of things from our order tonight but that's okay because they were bombarded by people. Great Job Rashays, hope you get more customers.

The restaurant setting looked like a food court (or worse) and there was not enough space in between for them to walk through to serve food. The environment was so loud that you can't even hear the person sitting next to you. The tables were not cleaned properly even though we had a booking for the table. The most disappointing fact was that the staff were completely uncoordinated. They did not bring any cutlery after serving the food. Decided to ask them after waiting for 10 minutes and they dropped the cutlery on the table(photo attached). Completely unaustralian. I do not want to say anything more. The staff were not trained for sure. The staff looked exhausted as well, I hope they are paid good for their hard work. But, then again, to be fair the food was not bad, but we had eaten better from other places.

Equivalent to eating at a hospital cafeteria! Too cramped, slow to take your order, and 3 out for 6 meals had issues! Best off going to Maccas, at least it’s not so over priced and I could hear myself think. Not COVID 😷 safe

Never order online its absolute ripoff. We have tried a few times and we have always had items missing from out order. This time we ordered two meals and ended up missing the sides for an entire meal.

The management should appreciate how nice and efficient your waiter staff are. Very nice, courteous, makes me come again and again. Specially Yahya, the black haired young bloke. He was very busy, I called him and asked for a food. Didn't show any frown, smiled and brought me on time best tasting food. You guys are unsung heroes. Food is great and very large seating area ...

My favourite restaurant to dine in, the owners are very respectful, always greets me with professionalism, the service amazing, amazing manager (we need more managers who has a welcoming gesture). Favourite place to dine in.

I’m an Airline crew suddenly came a cross to Rshays. Indeed a pleasure to dine in. Will definitely come back with my friends. Special thanks to Mr. Tee who was really friendly and manage our group with his lovely talents. Thank you once again for All his recommendations. Cheers 🥂

Chef T is the best cook we love his work , he always makes delicious food , always 100% quality food , always treats me and my partner and my kids with respect , always making us return every week .

One waitress kept me waiting and everytime I ask for my order she says "I will get it to you now". Until she forgets it again and attend to another customer. Steak's gravy is too small and only half full from a small container about the size of a shot glass. At least make it worth it for $35+ steak.

Me and my wife came there to eat for a simple dinner, but we were so amaze on how they accommodated us. The girls were so nice. Even given us an idea on what to have and the new deals that they were offering. The food was so amazing at first i thought it was not enough for my big appetite but the pasta was sooo good. Kudos to the chefs. The manager also was there assisting everyone. The experience was so great. Big thumbs up for the head chef and the chefs. We will surely be back and crave for more. 🔥🔥🔥
