Very good new favourite.

Very cosey and great place for a quick bite. Highly recommend to book a reservation, it's gets very busy. You have to use your phone to order when you're at the restaurant. You can't pay by cash.

10/10 ramen, but a 0/10 customer service. We went to RaRa Chan which was listed as open, but when we got there, it was closed? There was no indication of its closure on social media or anything else — no big deal, because it’s not too far from RaRa Redfern. We then proceeded to walk over to RaRa Redfern, where we were stood outside to wait with no help from any floor staff. Understandable that it’s busy during the lunch period, but there was about 10+ people waiting outside with no word from inside on what was going on.

Best ramen in Sydney its no wonder this place is always packed. Book ahead!

The ramen was 🤌🏽👌🏽. We came back the week after because the first taste left us craving for more. Service in terms of food is quite quick, I like the efficiency of ordering and paying through your phone. However the inside is a bit squishy, not the comfortable-st as although we booked each time, it took us a while to get our table + felt rushed to leave. I get that it’s busy and well loved though, so it’s more of an in and out get your fill situation rather than a nice sit down dinner.

Delicious as always. No complaints here. Have been here since they started with just 1 dish and the selection slowly gets better and better.

I can't say this place is amazing on my first experience, whilst the food was tasty and the selection was good. It doesn't do to well catering to a busy period, nor larger groups. dining with 6 or more people is definitely not a recommendation purely because of the speed, accuracy and quality of the delivery of food. everything trickled out in really obscure fashion, 1 main then entree 10 minutes later and then your drink after you've finished and no one else would have received a meal before you've finished. such a shame as it was praised but maybe it was due to group size I attended with. definitely would like to give it another chance but maybe by myself or with 1 other person.

Perfect place to sit inside to escape the cold and people watch. I'm surprised they garnished with saffron! There wasn't an option to pre book a seating for lunch so you will need to chance it during busy or peak times. Ordered and paid from our phone so I'm guessing this is a new way to pay post-covid.

Quick and friendly service! Ramen quality is top notch with a good deal of options to choose from. The interiors are really nice. Good place if you want to try vegan ramens as well.

Ramen was enjoyable. However service poor. System was down, had to order via waitstaff who asked for payment up front with tip…? Customers who had arrived 20mins later received their meals prior to ours. Had asked for a takeaway box which was $1 and was told we could not pay the $1 in cash.
