ROKU Sushi & Korean BBQ Bar

I went here with my wife a couple of days ago and had bbq in this restaurant. Foods were extraordinary, staffs were very nice and friendly, and foods qualities were very nice with reasonable prices. Two thumbs up! Of course will visit again with more ppl :)

HAIR IN FOOD. DO NOT COME HERE. Service: Rude and Abusive (Main Chef or Owner) Price: $$ Quality: 2/5 Hygiene: Absolutely disgraceful. Found 3 black hairs in food on arrival. It genuinely looked like it had come off a long haired black and white cat as the tips were white. (We are all born blondes) When we brought it to the attention of the staff the head chef came out accusing us of planting the hair to get free food. His English is quite broken but we understood what he was saying. (Minus the price of the Karage chicken which is what we wanted the refund for only, we still spent over $100 there so we weren’t chasing the money back). Complaint: I had a non verbal child with a disability with me and the owner began to film us without permission. I would never return here as I’ve never felt more uncomfortable over a situation that could’ve so easily been dealt with promptly and without disruption. Instead a public scene was made. A frequented place by locals however I will not be returning here ever again. Regarding the retort: I wish you all the best. I however do not own any children of my own and the child I was with was 11 years old and confined to a wheel chair. Not able bodied to “play with toys and pick them up off the floor.” I was also seated indoors under cover. You may have me confused with someone else on a seperate incident.

Absolute 10/10, the marble wague was so amazed and my wife was so happy to find this restraunt. Service was so pleasant. I will come back this place try other dishes.

First time trying tonight, had googled and looked good. Owners were very helpful in explaining how it works and how to do everything. Very happy and will most certainly be back again! Highly recommend trying.

We come here often for lunch and the food never disappoints. Serving is always generous and food satisfying. Tonight we tried the all you can eat Korean BBQ. At first I thought the meat selection was quite limited, but I soon realised its so they can consistently provide quality meat. The marble wagyu beef was amazing, the BBQ pork reminded me of a similar BBQ dish from my own background and had an adequate selection of sides. We always get their cabbage salad cause it's really good, and they add butter and cheese to their corn which was really delicious. Staff were very warm, attentive and checked up on patrons frequently. The chef would come out to each table to serve the meat and share tips on how to cook and enjoy the meats. Tried Korean coffee for the first time and it was divine to drink. If you love coffee, you'll enjoy this coffee they offer. We left Roku very very full. If you're looking for quality Korean BBQ highly recommend Roku.

Absolute 10/10, their bulgogi dish completely surpassed my expectations. HEAPS of food in the dish, and it was super delicious. Will be getting my take out from here from now on :) Love it!!
