Prem's Seafood Bar& Grill

We were quite pleasantly surprised with this place. Upon walking through the front entry via the outdoor covered eating area which would be ideal on a gorgeous day. Through to the casual dining area inside, we followed our waiter (who was the owner Prem) through the restaurant thinking to ourselves "are we meant to be following him?". We were taken through to such an exquisite dining area which we didn't know existed. The ambience & stylish decor was absolutely stunning. The customer service by Prem, his wife and his staff was on point. We order some Oysters Kirkpatrick & garlic bread for entrees.....delish! For main course we shared the Seafood Platter for 2. W-O-W!! We love our seafood and Prem's food is honestly the best we have had for a while. A few twists on the Platter which worked extremely well, presentation and flavour was great & I'm salivating whilst re-tasting the flavours typing this! A definite go to if ever you are staying in or passing through Devonport. We will definitely be back on our next trip down. Thank you for a wonderful food and service experience.

I had visited Davenport with my wife and drove past this place before checking in to the motel and rang and made a reservation and OMG us what I can say so got introduced at the door by this gentleman who had taken us to the table and we ordered the seafood plater for two is was amazing and got talking to the owner and his wife they where very polite and friendly u can't wait to come back to this fantastic place premier I will be back from Melbourne to see you again plus me and the wife will take you up on the offer to look after your kids thanks for a great night

Went there for a meal at lunchtime. The $15 lunch menu was awesome. A busy restaurant with a friendly and happy vibe. We sat inside and had a great view of the Waterfront Park and new Devonport hotel construction.

Really Great Food, Some Things Can Be On The Expensive Side But The Meals Are Worth Every Dollar Of It

Oh wow this place was mind blowing good. We had the seafood platter for two and it spectacular... with a perfect amount of everything and great variety. The others at our table were extremely happy with theirs, also. Service was great... thanks Meg, you were wonderful. Fantastic customer service, friendly and attentive. 😃

Totally recommend Prems, Friendly service, great atmosphere and awesome food... You must book in as its always a full house, walk ins also have the option to sit outside undercover, blinds, gas heaters and also blankets available to keep you warm, plants and fairy lights.. My son said it's his number 1 for snitzel in Tassie 💜
