Visited Prem’s on a recent trip and had a really poor experience. Waitress recommended steaks and all three of us ordered them. The steaks came out over cooked in every case. I ordered medium rare and it was easily well done. In fact I would say it was the worst steak I have ever ordered at a restaurant particularly given the price at $50. I ate only a few bites. I nicely alerted several staff of the situation on 3 occasions and there was no attempt to make this right. Not even an apology from mgmt. I almost never leave a review but this experience compelled me to. On a positive Oysters were good and patio was nice with all of the plants.

Very popular place, friendly service and good seafood. Had the Taste of Tasmania Platter, very generous, especially liked the Mussel's and Calamari Found the wine was reasonably priced as well
