Poste - Hort Plan

Very disappointed after so many people told us to go there. Fifty minute wait for our food which was overcooked and cold. Had obviously been waiting somewhere and was found when we asked for it. Definitely lovely outside but we were inside, stuck away in a corner by ourselves. Two staff is ridiculous on a busy Friday

It was our first time to Poste. I can remember when it was a post office. I have found my favourite nursery of all time. I love that it has unusual antique and vintage pots and water features. It is so shady and cool. The ants are beautiful. I can't believe we don't have to import Bali carved stone. We can't wait until after Middle of year when we are creating a new garden in a historical street in Shenton Park. Can't wait. Have chosen my beautiful water feature bowl on plynth from poste. Hope hubby let's me buy. Love it u guys

What a delightful surprise! To eat outdoors in such a colourful setting was very special and it was hard to leave. The noise from the Trains and Planes was unexpected and made conversation impossible. Darn!

The cafe is outstanding and a real institution now. Brilliant coffee and food... with range of spaces inside shabby-chic character rooms or out amongst the plants. Best kept secret in Guildford.

We went to this Cafe when it was first opened. Thought we would go back again but it has really gone down in my view. Cakes are NOWHERE as good as what they were, and the food is expensive for what it is !!! The place seemed understaffed and the owner must have been having a bad day because all we could hear was her shouting about something from the upstairs = VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. Unfortunately, we wouldn’t recommend Poste Café and we won’t be going back.

Surprise visit...Beautiful lush green ambience surrounded by plants available to buy. Veg Panini was wonderful and so is the coffee. Service was slow today due to lot of ppl and lesser staff but the quality made up for for it. Has lots of places to sit inside and outside. An experience filled with tranquility and greenery☕🍀

Lovely hidden cafe in a nursery 🌿 Staff are friendly, food is great and coffee tasty. The atmosphere is the best part. Just a wonderful place to sit with the dog and enjoy a coffee

Beautiful place great quality plants. Has a cafe and gift section, definitely worth a visit.

Excellent food and coffee, lovely surroundings and attentive staff. Who could ask for more? I shall certainly visit them again!
