Poste Garden Design Centre and Cafe

Went for lunch, it was beautiful, staff where excellent, and the setting first class, a hidden gem loved it xxxxx

A very nice outdoor but shady and almost semi-tropical environment. Good quality tea leaf T served in a pot. Tasty pear and apple crumble with fresh cream. Waitress service is excellent - but counter service is extremely slow, and on both occasions visited - hard to get served while waiting patiently at the counter (even when the only one queued). Would definitely go more often with others if not for that. Management / owner did respond well with regal service once aware of the wait, thanks. Made it all good!

Great Coffee and food, love the gardens. So pretty, sheltered for rainy days and sunny for warm days. Quirky and lots to look at!

Really lovely place. Gardens with secluded tables are really beautiful. We had lunch in the Green Room - just one table, so really quiet and nice. Food was delicious. Highly recommend.

Lovely plants, vibe and service is ok. I've tasted better French food but still worth a look if you're in the area.

Great spot - lots of interesting and quirky bric a brac as well as plants. Really good customer service. Not a big menu but always good food and wonderful cakes. Highly recommended (and you can book a room in the beautiful old building for a private lunch). The baguettes are great and their terrine is wonderful.

what a lovely surprise, awesome food and coffees then a stroll around the garden centre, a geat way to spend a couple of hours

Perfect place for a light lunch and great to shop for an unusual gift or a treat for yourself.

Another lovely coffee and cake ! Food is always 100%. However the slowness of service was unbelievable! The poor waitress was run off her feet .... more staff needed during the mid morning to after lunch.... it ruins a lovely cafe.
