I love your grilled beef ribs people! It is really the best! Plus the customer service is amazing! Friendly staff and happy. I will definitely come back.
I definitely recommend the grilled beef ribs - they just melt in your mouth!
5 star rated for food!! The staff are friendly and take their time to listen to you or help with suggestions to get what you really want. I have been there twice and the experiences as been great. Would return for sure. Food prep didn’t take too long even when crowded. They serve all halal food, so it is a Muslim friendly Indonesian restaurant. You get filtered drinking water for free. If you are a spicy food lover ask them to add spicy sauce on fried Tilapia and you get a huge exploding spicy dish made for you. Love this place, the food and the people. Highly recommend place in the center of the city. I wish they open till late and weekends.
Authentic Indonesian restaurant in the heart of the city. Decor is a little tired, although staff are friendly and food is nice. Order at the counter and collect your utensils and water at the side. Loh bak was excellent as is the chicken satay with peanut sauce and ketupat, and the belacan kangkong. The char kway teow is so-so.
Friendly service and food was exceptional. Thank you guys! Must try the dessert 😋😋😋
Excellent service. Great food. Highly recommended.
Best teh tarik in adelaide. Every meal I've had has been a delight. Complimentary prawn crackers add a nice touch.
The best place to get authentic and halal South East Asian food in Adelaide City. Generous serving size, delicious and authentic tasting food (which I can verify having come from South East Asia), and fantastic service - we didn't have to wait longer than 10 minutes to get everything that we ordered. This is now my go-to place to get food that reminds me of home (Singapore/Malaysia/Indonesia).
Great food, great price. Will definitely go back for more.
Dinner at Pondok Daun: great traditional Indonesian food at great prices. Very delicious overall! Always a pleasure to go back for food 🙂. . Indonesian dumplings /siomay Bandung: good dish with tasty sauce. . Gado gado: Indonesian salad. Mildly spicy. Nice standard dish. . Ngohiang / loh bak: similar to the Malaysian version. Tasty! . Cah Kangkong: standard dish across Malaysia and Indonesia - this one is only slightly spicy, but pretty good. . Cassava chips / singkang goreng: just something different! Nice and crispy. . Ayam balador: fried chicken dish with moderate spicy sauce. Really good! . Ayam goreng: just simple fried chicken dish - can't go wrong with this one 😋😋😋. . Pecel Lele: fried fish dish - a reliably good one! . Desserts: es campur and es teler - both quite refreshing at the end of the meal.
