Plus 82 Pocha

Food was not bad, however I'm taking away 3 stars due to the horrible customer service. I came here for my 18th birthday and when I booked my table a week in advance, I requested for a table at the back corner for more privacy with my large party of 11 people. They told me "they would do their best" (which they clearly did not), but apparently that table is pre-reserved for "larger parties" (which isnt 11 people already a large party!?). On the night, my party and i arrived and we were given another table that was very centralised and had less privacy; disappointing to say the least, especially for a milestone birthday. As soon as we were seated, the table was given to a walk-in group of people who had about 7 people. Utterly disappointing. A particular server was extremely unfriendly, it was a man who looked about in his early 30s. He was the same person I spoke to on the phone and he was just so extremely unfriendly. Me and my group were the youngest in the restaurant, but we were responsible, paying customers who were frankly more quiet and less disruptive than some of the other adults in the restaurant, and yet we were treated with very little respect. It was so hard to catch all 4 of the waiters' attention because they would just pay attention to every other person in the restaurant except us, and the food took a very long time to be served. Overall the food wasn't bad, but the customer service was so poor, in particular that man who was just so incredibly unfriendly. Disappointing and will not come back. Would not reccomend this place to friends or family who would like to go here for a special event or even just for an ordinary dinner, because you will be disappointed.

Nice yummy Korean food. The Kimchi pancake was the best from what we ordered. Friendly and fast service. Was a bit loud inside, but they have an outdoor sitting area too. Want to try their Korean fried chicken next time.

The food is so yummy. I like the Korean Fried Chicken the most, it's sweet and spicy. It would be much better if you enjoy tokbokki without cheese. The food price is quite expensive, and the staff is friendly. I also like the Korean song in the restaurant. Will go back again.

The vibe and location of this restaurant is awesome, but they don't have enough menu items.

The best restaurant in Adelaide, lots of interesting flavours. Excellent service with no attitude, have been here for more than 5 times and never disappointed even one. All the menu are very best cooked. Love love love... will be back there soon.

Im seriously impressed on Plus 82 Pocha’s customer service and the way they treat us with outmost professionalism. The foods were amazing, too! I highly recommend this resto to anyone. The only think that I want more is RICE! I want white rice which I think was not included to the deal that we have 😂 The food were tasty, so you kinda want to balance the taste with white rice. 😂 but again, I usually give credits to those deserving. The management of this resto must be really proud hiring such amazing and professional staff. The chef should be commended as the foods are amazing and tasty. Thank you for the amazing experience. Will definitely come back and recommend this to all other mates.
