If you're going to charge $22 for a burger meal it'd be nice if the chips were hot and the drink was cold. After 4 years being a customer here I'd expect more than "we're busy" as an excuse for your rudeness. Plenty of better places to spend my hard earned money in rose bay and Bellevue Hill. Maybe you can spend some of the money you make on sending your staff to some customer service classes.

Was dubious after reading so many 1 and 2 star reviews but..... this was legit the BEST achieve schnitzel burger I’ve ever had and amazing chips too. Beats Chargrill Charlie’s on the burger and fries! My new Deliveroo chicken fix 🔥

Great choice from salads to burgers, soups and the chicken itself which was juicy and tender.

Ordered a small burger meal (which was twenty something dollars?!) Chips were stone cold. Refused refund. Horrible customer service from rude manager. If being busy is a reason for rudeness wait til no one spends money at your store. I wish I read the reviews before blowing my cash here. What a joke. Plenty of GOOD chicken stores in the eastern suburbs. Don't bother.

The chips are great and the burgers are amazing. However sometimes their eftpos/card reader goes down (there is an ATM in the adjacent shop).

Great chicken and chicken salt chips. Everything else is good but not amazing. Definitely pop in if you're after a burger or some quick takeaway.

Paid 14 dollars per chicken burger. We bought 2. The chicken was very thin (4mm) and very sour, possibly from vinegar marinade(?). The bun was cheap and dry. The additional chips we bought were decent. Wont be going back.

The well known local chicken roll. It's not necessarily a stand out but very satisfying. Chips need some work.
