OMG what a great place to sample local produce! The hot chocolate was delicious and is a must try product. I love the variety of chocolate available. Milk, dark and white available in most flavours. Local nuts used and all made in Phillip Island!

Amazing place to visit with family and friends. There are games to play and win chocolate. The whole chocolate making process is fun to watch and anybody who LOVE chocolates, must visit this place. ☺️

Had a fun time at the Chocolate Factory, nice range of activities for the children & adults to win free Chocolate. Follow the path to show you the path of Chocolate. A possible 1 tonne cube of Chocolate has a $10,000 offer to see if it's hollow, if it is, they'll pay you $10,000 with your original $10k if it is. Large range of Chocolate types in the store and a Cafe within the building also. Toilets and disability friendly environment. Large parking area including spaces for disability bays, buses, cars and caravans. Would be gladly to return in future.

Discriminating behaviour from this business. Are apparently exempt from implementing mask exemptions- enforcing government directives but not their exceptions! Lost my business for life. Very disappointing. 0 stars if I could give.
