This is truly one of my favorite places in Australia! Family owned and run, and right across from gorgeous Rose Bay beach, this place is right out of a fairy tale. Everyone who works there is lovely, polite, and friendly. The chocolate is absolutely heavenly. It’s creamy, smooth, and really just so tasty. The BEST thing to order is the mocha (latte), which is made right before your eyes from their chocolate flowing fountain. About a week after I first tried Perfection Chocolates, I came back and ordered 200 caramel chocolate koalas for my wedding favors. They were perfect! 4 years later, my overseas guests from America still request I bring them some chocolate every time I travel back. Highly recommend! 😋

This is a Rose Bay institution and they make delicious chocolates, coffees and sell great sweet treats and gifts. A family owned business and well worth a visit. Our favourites are the freckles, mallow rough bars, orange peel and caramels. Friendly and helpful service too.

You know how "life is like a box of chocolates", I've eaten half the box already, love the soft centres, they tasted divine!

Amazing chocolates from an even more amazing-er chocolatier (the one and only chocolates maker John Kapos @chocolateJohnny - When he sent the pack of chocolates it was done with amazing care and attention. And I’m guessing the chocolate letter “D” was for Digital Doyle 🤩. It was absolutely stuffed with goodness! All If it! When Johnny said he’d send a few, I was thinking this was like a mega load of chocolate. The gold rush of chocolate in other words. A chocolate explosion. A mountain of chocolate. This is how #perfection gets its name. The box has only been open for a few hours and I already feel Myself going into a chocolate coma. Hopefully I’ll recover so I can enjoy some more. Chocolate Johnny is the chocolate man so get on down to Rose Bay and get some deliciousness... and who knows, you may even see an oompah loompah there from time to time. I’ll report back on my faves, but so many to choose. Send a resuscitation team if you don’t hear from me soon.

On a recent trip around the World, a friend suggested I check our the famous Perfection Chocolates in Rose Bay Australia. I was delighted to say the range choice was wonderful, the Man who served me had an incredible storey about his business. With a retail retail background myself I was the retail Operations Manager for a chain of 16 shops, also i ran a mystery shopper business as well. I could see a shop that stood out, quality with a great balance of good old fashion personal customer service. Service is important on the high street these day, so scored top marks for me. Also delighted that I now order online delivering to England! The world famous Gourmet salted Soft Caramel is out of the world. I will be back and would highly recommend a visit to this great little family Business. Simon
