Food was delicious, service was great and the location is amazing.

I would give this place a zero of I could. Saturday night, 630pm, kitchen closed. I lined up for 15mins in the sports bar to be told that the kitchen would be closed for half an hour because of a new chef. I left the line and found a manager walking around and asked her if the kitchen was closed. She advised me that it was closed temporarily but is now back open. So I went to the other bar to order my food seeing as I waited so long in the line at the sports bar, thinking it would be quicker service. I ended up waiting another 15mins in this line to be told once again that the kitchen was closed. I told him that I was just told by a manager that the kitchen was back open. He went to ask his manager (who wasn’t the same person) and came back to tell me that it was still closed and he didn’t know how long it would be before food could be ordered again. As you can imagine I was quite frustrated at this point and on my way back to my table saw the same female manager that told me the kitchen was back open. I told her that I was just told the kitchen was closed to which she responded “No it’s not, it’s open”. I told her my ordeal and she didn’t offer any assistance to myself or my partner to went and spoke to her after. All she said was to go and line back up to order our food. That would have been a total of 45mins just to stand in a line and order our meal. Who knows how long it would have taken to actually receive our meals or the quality of them. We definitely won’t be wasting our time or money at this place ever again.
