Paradise Charcoal Chicken

They tend to leave the food in the heating trays for too long and I once bought a slice of pizza from here and got food poisoning.

In my experience and opinion of Paradise Charcoal Chicken when purchasing a whole chicken and chips mid week was not satisfactory. The customer service was not unpleasant but lacked the bother of you being there and could have walked out and had not being noticed. The chips were fresh and nice, though the chicken was dehydrated and tough.

I love the charcoal chicken of Paradise. I'd say it's as yummy as the other popular charcoal chicken place. But what really stands out is their garlic sauce. I've been to similar restaurants, but Paradise's garlic sauce is THE best.

Called and placed an order 1 hour prior to pick up. Arrived and had to wait over 20 minutes because they didn't have any cooked chicken. Extremely disappointed in this as they had plenty of time to prepare this especially during peak hour dinner time. The food was not up to standard. Each time we order the chicken is very small and the chips are not the best quality. The price has been raised but the quality of the food remains very low. For a business that charges at such a high rate you'd expect substantial portions.

Disappointing meal. Badly made roll and very undercooked chips. Plus they served me takeaway when I requested eat in.
