1 Mercantile Dock 5015, Port Adelaide
Amazing staff, fast food and excellent service. The app for ordering was easy and quick. Large meal sizes but not large enough to be uncomfortable.
The staff had there young children running around the kitchen area, touching everything, not sanitary in my opinion so we walked out before ordering.
Severely over priced for a $30 breakfast tiny bit of eggs on the side of the pancakes asked for scrambled eggs they were definately not scrambled more like steamed, $7.50 for orange juice is also a joke very pricey for what it is. Dissapointed
Delicious food and pancakes π₯ Busy place right on the Port Wharf for dolphin π¬ spotting. Lovely service.
As advertised on their online ordering system, there are vegan options including sweets. Taking my vegan son there for his birthday lunch we were disappointed that these were not available and only a savoury breakfast meal was offered (with foods he would not eat like hash browns, tomatoes and mushrooms). Although they had vegan pancakes (available for the breakfast meal) they were unable to adjust the meal and just give him pancakes with jam - no customer service. A very disappointed birthday boy.
Staff remembered us service above par wait time minimal food absolutely yummy and plentiful view is perfect watched the One and All ship leave dock and go under the bridge which raised up for other vessels to come and go A definite must go to place
Overpriced! Not much customer service , u have to order online if I want to change something on your order & staff too busy to help you through the online order !! What happened to good old fashion service !! Food ok ! Served my food with no cutlery so had to ask for it !! Then had to ask again for salt & pepper ! Should be on the tables. Orange juice served in a plastic cup what happened to glass ?? For the price they charge for it !! Wonβt be coming here again no customer service & too expensive !! Rather go to Maccas !! π cheaper & better !!
Sign at entrance says to wait to be seated so we do so, only to be told we can sit where we like? Presented with two options for ordering, at the counter or on a phone app, resteraunt pushes to use the app as is the only way to change the meal items (for example use almond milk for a coffee) and provides a 10% discount compared to ordering via speaking to a human while in the resteraunt for dine in. Drinks came in take away cups despite dining in but neither were made with almond milk as requested. When we asked for them to be remade we were advised we would be charged for them. Staff eventually agreed to remake the almond iced coffee with almond milk, they came back with almond milk + icecream in a takeaway cup, no coffee whatsoever. Maple syrup + marshmallow for a babycino also came in takeaway containers and bags? The actual food itself was reasonable and at a good standard for quality and quantity but by the time we received we were already quite soured by the customer service. All in all, paid 60 dollars (after 10% discount) to not get the drinks we asked for the first time OR second time, an alienating ordering experience with no customer service and merely agreeable food
Very nice pancakes and coffee. Loved the cream and ingredients used. Pricing a bit higher but I'm guessing with inflation it's normal for good quality food. Open from 8am only lunch, breakfast and afternoon tea. Next to the wharf it's a nice place to chill and relax for morning breakfast.
Meals were nice there with the grandies not being able to eat all of their generous kid's meal. Food ordering could be a little daunting for a non-smsrt phone user especially if you want to deviate from their set menu to personalise your food order.
