Had a party of 12 at Paloma sat 14th First of all I'd like to say a big thank you to the young lady who looked after our table, she was so attentive & did an amazing job, nothing was to much trouble for her, so a big thank you to her! Food was great, just about served at the same time, plenty of it & lovely & fresh! Sotthankyo

Lovely restaurant under new management. Food is authentic Italian. I order a pasta and pizza with my wife and we love it every time. Friendly service and lovely staff. Very reasonably priced as well.

Pizza was soggy, toppings kept falling off every bite and taste wasnt good at all definitely needs more cheese added. The pizza although did look okay before eating it, It lacked toppings abit for the price. Now im not one to complain about a pizza but i was dissapointed but the staff are friendly.

Only leaving one star because it won’t let me leave zero! The new owner is very rude. Got our order wrong and refused to make the pizza correctly after 40 minutes of waiting, after being told they would make it again. Instead I had to go and get a refund and the “manager” / chef, very condescendingly apologises 3 times and turned his back on me as I was explaining that the process of choice when it comes to fixing an error that they made was unacceptable. Ruined our dinner by waiting around and a terrible attitude with no accountability from this man. The prices also have gone up and they’ve removed the family size pizza option. It’s definitely not a breath of fresh air compared to the woman who use to own the business who had great prices, was very friendly and who also use to go above and beyond to make sure the customer was happy. Will definitely not be going back to this pizza shop after this experience. If it were an allergy issue it could have been extremely dangerous. Make sure your food is as ordered from this place before you eat it!!!

We enjoyed our meal last night. Atmosphere was relaxed. Renovation big improvement. Staff were helpful and friendly. Highly recommend !
