Amazing service and brilliant food, would recommend to anyone best burger I’ve had in a long time!!!

Ordered Burger, gems and a thickshake. Only got the shake after a 20-30min delay on your original time. The shake came completely melted and spilled all over, disgusting. Delivery guy had half the fault on the missing items but the quality was poor nonetheless. I live near your restaurant. No excuses. Busy doesn't cut it guys, if you can't do the order in time and with quality, just don't accept it. I had your burger before and it's not bad, but this is honestly the most disrespectful thing I've ever seen in an order.

Don't waste your money here. Edit: I posted this after I left the venue, not at 7am. Possibly that's what time it got approved by Google. Very brave of you to accuse anyone who gives you a rating you aren't happy with as a "fake reviewer". Perhaps you're the reason the place is lacking.

Had the Berraco legend for breakfast one day and the Sicario (Killer) burger for lunch on another day. On both occasions found the service to be great and the meals satisfying. Will definitely be back again.

Really wish I had have had a chance to actually try the food and drinks here. Unfortunately, the staff were so incompetent/ignorant that they were unable to give even the most basic level of service by providing us a menu after sitting down awkwardly for 5+ minutes and approaching the bar twice. So yes, there's no photos because we weren't served (not because this is a fake review). There was one other table of about 5 people and one table of 2 people in the whole venue, so it wasn't pumping busy whatsoever. Two staff members. There were some cocktail orders up - that's fine, I've managed bars myself before, so I get they take time. But you take the 20 seconds first to seat the customers and give them a menu THEN you bust those cocktails out for the customers who are already seated, settled, and have eaten. The most basic of hospo service, yet they failed. Woops. It was all just a bit too difficult for these two superstars. If you're looking for QUALITY service with ease, fantastic food & burgers, and great tunes then head up the road to Leonard's House of Love. No, I don't work there and no I'm not affiliated with them. There's other good places too, including Kung Fu Burger etc. As with all the other negative reviews, I'm sure the "owner" will try to squirm their way out of this one too. There's something a little fishy about the overly defensive responses to negative reviews, isn't there? Psychology 101.

One of my favourite spots in Windsor. Really cool decor. Beer and burger combo is a good bang for your buck. Definitely recommend getting the burger with the line on top with the rolled up note shoved into it. Drinks were creative and mostly tequila based. Bar staff were very chill and non-invasive which overall made the vibe of it our experience spot on. HIGHly recommend checking this place out.
