Again RUDE, I ordered chips went to woolies and came back 10 mins later and my order wasn't even in the frier so I had to wait!!! The owners of this business needs a wake up call, as they are clearly losing customers which is sad as I like to support local businesses, WHEN I GOT MY CHIPS THEY TASTED LIKE FISH once again disgusting and disappointed I will not be going back there again!!!!!🙁🙁🙁🙁

Customer service is terrible. The man is so arrogant! Our order was sitting in the hot box and he told us it wasn’t ready. Stood for ages and it was waiting all along. Then found out he’d taken order right but made it wrong. Now we have a cold meal an hour later then we should have. This business needs a proper wake up call!

The chicken at this place will make your stomach go up, down, left, right and somersault until you hit the toilets. I don't know how it's still open.

Never opens or closes at the time listed. Just arrived at 7:30 to get dinner. Says close at 8 and no one in sight. Shop is fully packed up. This isn’t the first time this has happened at night time. Have arrived at opening also and waited around for 45 minutes and left due to no one showing up. Don’t know how one runs a business like that. If you don’t want to stay open, change your opening hours. Simple.

The owner was handling food with bare hands during COVID and when asked to wear gloves, he responds arrogantly!

2nd time trying, both terrible. Fish tasted like chemicals. Batter on the rest of food was not cooked properly. Chips under cooked. Disgusting

Always cooked fresh, tasty and food wasnt greasy.

Food was dry, rubbery and very old. (A few days in the hot box). Asked for even some of the money back ($33 spent) and was refused as we had tasted the food. Very disappointed ☹️
