Outback Steakhouse Pacific Fair

Amazing place, perfect food and the best customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The manager Mark , who is an amazing guy, gave us the best experience possible. I would definitely recommend to everyone. 👍👍👍👌

Had an amazing time with my partner at Pac Fair Outback Steak house. Liv was amazing, I think she was the Manager. If not she should be. Espresso Martini is the best on the Gold Coast! Don't go home with out having one first. Can't wait to go back, could be out new weekly date night venue 💕

We went for dinner here. The steaks were perfect. The amount and quality of meals exceeded our expectations. The value for money is certainly there. The restaurant is quite busy, so booking is certainly advisable. The system was a bit confusing at first, given 8 different people served us throughout the dinner: taking order, bringing drinks, each course/sides etc. was served by a different person. However, considering how busy the place is, it’s probably the most efficient way to tackle it instead of letting guests wait for too long because their assigned waiter might be busy with a different table etc.

Honestly could not fault our dinner, right from the very minute we sat down the service was second to none! My three year old was greeted with a drink and colouring pad as he was seated our drinks were constantly flowing and refilled! Mark who served us did not miss a beat, the food was delicious the atmosphere was beautiful and honestly could not have enjoyed ourselves anymore! The girls who took our orders actually had personality and genuinely seemed to care about the experience you were having! It’s so hard to find good service these days and when you do get it it’s so refreshing! Would not recommend this place enough! We will be back Thanks again guys

The staff is so friendly here and the service was amazing. I love the proprietor Mark here. He makes you feel like you're right at home. You can tell that the food is always fresh and it's really tasty. Xx

I've been to outback steakhouse a few times now and every time I am always met with super friendly and efficient staff. The food is absolutely incredible, I especially loved the blooming onion and prawn/mushroom steak topper. Huckleberry hooch is the best cocktail going around both for its name and taste!

Amazing food and great service. A little pricey but hey, you get what you pay for and it's good.

We had an awesome dinner here. Fantastic kids menu and well priced. Everything we ordered was beautifully cooked and the service was fantastic. They forgot to bring out an entree before the mains so they didn't charge us for it, they really didn't have to do that, we weren't even worried but they obviously care about great service. We will be coming back again.

We were greeted with a smile and taken to our table, our food came out quickly and was spot on. I haven't been here before but we were pleasantly surprised by how nice the staff were and how good the food was. Great work guys.
