I love the coffee and pastries here - my choice for best coffee on this part of Malvern Road. Outdoor seating g 79 n front and a small courtyard out back is really nice on a pleasant day. Excellent staff!

What a hidden gem at Malvern Rd in Prahan: excellent Italian coffee, delicious brunch food and pastries, very friendly staff as well as great service. This authentic place reminds me of cafes back home in Italy. It's not just another generic one, this lovely espresso bar has character, individuality and a unique Italian vibe. It can be busy, but wait for a table to free up inside or outside in the new established garden area and you will be rewarded with the best Italian espresso in Melbourne!!

So we arrived at 1st night dinner at Officine Zero. Armando warmly greeted us and were offered some Prosecco. Just delicious. It was quiet and very relaxing as we perused the vegetarian menu which interested us. I chose the minestrone soup,the 2 others chose a green salad and a sauteed broccoli. The soup tasted just like Mamma used to make,the vegetables and salad were light and scrumptious. We all ordered a pasta,hand made fettucini with mushroom and penne pomodore.A bottle of Italian white wine went down splendidly and we were done. Service was great. We were convinced into sharing a few desserts which were fresh and delicious. A perfect dinner ,even though we over indulged a little. Price was just right. We'll be back!!

Best coffe in Melbourne. I can definitely say that thanks to the professional service and quality of the food that this little gem is offering I have enjoy every brunch and coffe that I had so far. The Italian touch is a plus!
