Amazing customer service. Very knowledgeable about all the local fish and dishes. Great suggestions and tips for first time tourists. The lady even told us about a great place to have a seat at the beach while we enjoyed our feast. Only negative is that it’s a little on the pricy side. Cost $60 for two adults (but we did get a lot of extras).

Food is always good. Friendly service. The snapper burger is the best i have eaten. 2 pieces of crunchy fried snapper, between fresh lettuce,tomatoes, cucumber and pickles with their special sauce. The burher buns are soft and have a hint of garlic. Yummm

Best fish&chips I've ever had. Chips perfectly crispy outside and soft inside, chicken salt a bit sweet but delicious. Fish had perfectly crunchy batter and was moist and tasty inside. Will make sure to come back for more every time I visit Albany.

I was always intrigued about the claim of "Best Fish and Chips in WA", and so I gave them a go. To start with I got there about 5 minutes before the agreed pickup time, and it took another 20 minutes before they were finally ready, which was annoying, but hey the expectation was that great things take time. This wasn't to be the case, the chips were barely cooked and soft, the batter on the prawns and fish had no 'crunch' to it and was soft, and the dim-sim's also had no 'crispyness' to them and so I suspect were also underdone. I could understand if they were rushed off their feet, but that wasn't the case. Their saving grace for the two stars was the pineapple fritter was nice and crunchy and the cinnamon sugar was good and they were polite on the phone and in the shop. Maybe I was unlucky, but I will think twice about going back there because this time wasn't an enjoyable experience.

A huge selection of variety of freshly made seafood, with fast delivery and an amazing catering experience. I highly recommend it for anyone that wants to try fish and chips when they’re touring around Albany.

Fantastic customer service, fantastic food, very gluten free friendly and delicious! Very quick from order to pick up! 10/10 and would drive from Perth to Albany to just pick up an order!

Family friendly establishment with blackboard paint on the wall ready for the supplied chalk to be applied by small hands. The fish selection was good, pricing higher than expected, but apparently in keeping with the local standard. Fish was tender, chips crisp but the garden salad had seen better days. Staff was friendly and service was swift. Recommended

Service was exceptional. Sauces were incredible (the vinegar on the table). The fisherman's basket is a must - everything cooked to perfection. Thank you for having us!

Trenton is a true customer service super star. Well versed in different dietary requirements and specifics. Clearly told us what we could have on the menu and what we couldn’t. Very nice place. Very nice guy. Well worth the visit. Fish and chips were great. Crispy and not oily at all. Delicious.
