Do not enter!! Worst customer service I have experienced in my lifetime!! To stand there for 15 minutes waiting for my food to begin being cooked when I was the first customer, 1 of 2! Stands there fluffing around, starts the 2nd order. Beginning to get impatient because I hadn't seen my order started, I asked how my food was going. His response, "it's on". Oh OK.... Next thing, owner goes over to fryer and puts the raw schnitzel above the fryer to show me its going to be cooked. Had enough by this time. He continued to argue with me when I said "Forget It!!" and I walked out. He questioned me, "so you have to be somewhere??" and more! Yes! I operate a chauffeur service and need to be back at a winery to transfer my passengers to another winery! Honestly, he doesn't deserve a good trade, many others have had similar experiences. The Barossa region and businesses rely on tourism economy. He is not doing the town any favours at all!

Modern, clean, well-lit restaurant, but most of the business seems to be take-away. The roasted chicken is prepared to a special recipe, and is more tender, juicier, and tastier than any that I have had in years. The chips were also beautiful. A half-chicken, with a big box of chips was $13. And the yiros was tasty and of a generous size for $10. Prices - 2019 Jan. There is plenty of parking nearby. Highly recommended.

Best chicken and chips in Barossa

I found the this place to be fantastic. I recommend the crumbed fish and chips. Simply superb. The owners were bright, positive and friendly. Ignore earlier reviews (what do you expect for a full shop on a public holiday?) Friendly service with a smile and conversation and a few jokes. Will definitely be going back.
