Great burgers. Really great burgers. Really consistently great burgers

Burgers were nice but they missed someone's meal, some of the sauces, and some of the sides in a delivery. Usually, that wouldn't be an issue as it could be quickly resolved via a phone call to see if the items are still sitting there (so I could drive there to pick them up) or if they were missed altogether (so I could arrange a refund through the delivery app). However, Nordburger purposely do not list a phone number to be able to even attempt to resolve anything. So not only things get missed - you can't even talk about it with anyone there. I highly recommend you do not order through any delivery service and take a very detailed look in all of your bags (even if the slip shows items are in there) before you leave to save yourself time.

Food is better than most fast food locations and you know that by the prices, expect to pay 2x what you would at any McDonald's or HJ.

Me and the wife have been going to Nordburger since it opened ,never had a problem with many visits, good prices ,tasty burgers and the loaded Chile fries are the bom Andrew l

Consistently great food, favourite burgers in Adelaide 😋

My favourite burger joint in Adelaide is definitely Nordburger! Always consistently delivers. Love their signature Nord sauce and perfectly crispy tater tots (or potato gems). Great value and always good service. I love that there is a handwashing station, which is super handy, and especially important during a pandemic! My go-to is the cheeseburger (with no pickles + add lettuce), but sometimes when I want something low-carb, I will order the protein-style chicken burger, which uses lettuce instead of the traditional burger bun. I enjoy sitting at the 'bar' or bench where I can watch the workers cook the food and put together the orders, which is very impressive given the large number of take away orders they receive on top of their dine-in customers.

Clean venue, good atmosphere overall and your order is generally delivered quickly. Sometimes the presentation can be a bit slapdash. The burgers are nice: Good quality meat, nice sauces and cheese and other fillings. The buns are a bit small so halfway through the meal they tend to fall apart so everything falls out but the taste is great. Staff generally friendly but can be a mixed bag. I’m a bit anti the eftpos surcharge, thought that was a thing of the past. Drink selection is good, some USA labels imported. Overall it can be a bit expensive for burgers but at the same time the quality is much better than other options. Main reason for 4 stars is the seating. There isn’t much inside and the stools that are available are not the best. You keep feeling like you are going to slide off them as they are a bit far from the bar.

Once upon a time I totally was on board with Nordburger, I've even gone so far as to say that they're among the best burgers in Adelaide so when friends had said recently that Nordburger had gone downhill I was pretty dismissive of the notion. But on a quick lunch stop today, I was pretty shocked at how bad it was. Both the burger and bun were way too greasy, the tater tots were cold, soggy and tasted below average. And above all else, the place was filthy... The hand washing sink (particularly the drain) didn't look like it had been cleaned in ages, the kitchen area looked totally rank (not just messy but actually dirty) and the dining area had upwards of ten used plates around the place with flies everywhere. All that coupled with poor ventilation, not a pleasant experience at all. The staff and their customer service was the only redeeming factor in all of this, but the owner and management really need to step up their game because for now, they've lost a once loyal customer.

Service was quick, however the attendant should pay a little bit more attention when serving customers, and not chatting to their co-worker... (forgot a few items in my order) With that said, the buttermilk chicken burger was tasty and the French fries 🍟 were crunchy and had a nice salt & pepper seasoning. Lastly, presentation imo was a little sloppy
