Noodles and Rice Restaurant

Absolutely delicious - I would eat here every day if I could 🤤

The pho is fantastic. Meaty, peppery, depth of flavour. Great price, perfectly adequate bowl size. So far best broth in Tassie that I have tried. The thing that would make it exceptional 🙏🙏🙏 beansprouts, a lemon wedge on the side and some form of chilli - chilli oil/siracha on the table or fresh on the side. I nearly have brought my own in.

Food is OK but the size of the dishes is very small. The entre of squid was $8 and 5 small pieces of squid. The laksa is very nice but very small. Very little noodles and chicken. In my opinion not good value for the cost.

Pho Beef noodles is good, but could be better if providing chilli oil.

The serving speed is quite slow We were waiting for almost 40 minutes And the restaurant it’s not too much customer It’s is really slowwwwwwwwwwwwww

Tasty food but need to make it easier to order There are pictures of Vietnamese food on the wall as a celebration of the culture. It is confusing to have pictures of food in a restaurant that doesn’t have those dishes on offer. There are some pictures of the food in the menu but the pictures on the wall make it confusing. I’d suggest either taking that down or offering those items. I requested a completely vegetarian noodle soup which wasn’t on the menu and they obliged. It was absolutely wonderful. It had vegetables, fresh herbs including lemongrass and rice noodles. She suggested a Vietnamese coffee which I wasn’t sure what to expect and it was super sweet! The women working there were very nice. I would return. :)
