Noodle and Dumpling at Westpoint

Do not get take away from these guys. They will prioritise every sitting order over yours. On a busy night I would understand, however I went on a relatively quiet night. Nothing better than seeing all the sitting customers served 10-15 minutes after you, chomping into similar if not the same items you ordered as take away.

This is our favourite place to eat in Blacktown. Best food at reasonable price and staff really attentive. Always fresh too.

Staff were very nice, the service was very good. The food served was quite so-so, average at best. Their heat lanterns are a great reason to stick around on OnFour however!

Went here for lunch to celebrate a family members birthday, adults waited 20mins with their meals going cold waiting for the children's meals to arrive. Repeated questions as to what was taking so long for a few dumplings and chips was met with a bunch of excuses and no action. The family member that recommend the place felt so ashamed, won't be returning ever.

Updating this review to say they're only friendly and accommodating while the store is quite, I had a horrid experience while the store was busy. Original review: Extremely accommodating to dietary needs, my friend is allergic to MSG and I'm vegan and they were more than happy to help. The staff were so lovely, and the food was delicious, definitely recommend!

Food is yum and the quality and quantity both are good ,Awsome place to eat ,Reasonable Price, But the staff is rude.

You will love the Dumplings at this place and they have good variety of noodles 🍜. Food is Tasty here.
