Great place for all coffee lovers to grab a good cup of coffee! Friendly staff, tasty but unfortunately overpriced food. Overall highly recommend :)

Some of the best coffee we found in Broadbeach; and the line of people waiting for their takeaway order tells you all you need to know.

Stumbled across No Name Lane and glad we did. Coffee was beautiful the menu gave us lots of hard choices I settled on the potato cakes with eggs bacon asparagus hollindaise sauce stunning one of the best breakfasts I’ve had on the coast. My partner had the corn fritters they were really good to. The salted caramel hot cakes looked delicious as they ent past. Great service and staff even though it was really busy. Would highly recommend and we will be coming back in a couple of weeks when we are back down the coast.

The took down an order wrong three times. Took over 30 minutes for an iced coffee and juice. Then brought the wrong juice out! Chaos is the best way to describe how this place is run. Food looks good but not worth the experience.

I loved this place and the hotcakes, I came about 8 times in 2 weeks that’s $160+ almost $200 including coffees, so I spent a fair bit of $ with you guys in a short period of time. However my last experience was ridiculous. I put my plate down for half a second and it was taken away straight away (maybe it’s just me but I didn’t like that, I felt rushed and the place was not even that busy at the time so no need to rush us) then literally not even 10seconds after that the lady brings the eftpos machine to my face saying how are we going to pay? What the hell is wrong with you? I felt rushed again and I didn’t even get to process that I finished my meal and I was mid way in a conversation and was just interrupted. I’m not even kidding I had my last mouth full and within 15seconds had an eftpos machine waving in my face! Also felt like as if she thought we where going to run off without paying it was the worst ending of a meal experience I’ve ever had in my life. Also we got charged for bloody tap water because it was cold?! We got water the other 8 times we came and never got charged for it ever, doesn’t make any dam sense. Really not happy but can’t lie those hot cakes are great but my service experience was shocking.

Great coffee and food. Unfortunately terrible customer service. Guy at the takeaway counter is friendly. Girl poring milk was the opposite. Looked at her and said thank you (after spending over $100 in three days), she looked back blankly and stared. Repeated. She stared again with the most grumpy look. Don’t get in the customer service industry if you don’t like people!!
