A bottomless impudence, something like that has never happened to me before. Subterranean service, after an hour of waiting outside, with fewer chairs than people, we were promised we'd get there in 10 minutes. Unfortunately, after another 20 minutes, we couldn't enjoy the overpriced, small pizza.
