An extremely disappointing experience. Booked a table upstairs weeks ago and mentioned in the booking that it was for my mum’s birthday. We arrived and there was a function upstairs and the music was blaring. We’re told upstairs is exclusively booked but they’ve reserved a table in a booth downstairs. I had received an email the day before confirming the booking and my request. Understand that functions are booked, however, courtesy is to let other bookings know. Went to Hurricanes’s down the road instead. Great food and service and a better view.

Got there at the lunch time menu thinking they did all day breakfast. When we realised they didn't we started to leave. When the waiter saw us he asked what the problem was. We explained. He was completely accommodating and immediately changed us to their breakfast menu. Thanks guys. The eggs Benny were beautiful. 👍👍

A wonderful blend if quality service and amazing food. Arthur has the best customer service I have come across in many years. I was barely in the door before I was welcomed like I was home. Highly recommended

My partner and l walked in without a booking on a Sat evening due to last minute plans, after not feeling welcomed at another restaurant 2 doors down. Decided to stick with what we know and luckily we were able to get a table here, staff (as always) were super lovely! Its not the first time we've come to Neptunes, the atmosphere is great and the food is always amazing.

Lunch today 9th June 2021 at Neptunes Brighton Le Sands Food was amazing, fresh and so very tasty. Service was equally as good , especially Arthur. Went to great lengths to be very helpful with food choices.

What a fantastic night. The service was fabulous and the food was delicious. I’d definitely come back. The new manager was a stand out - he was very welcoming and helpful. He was also great with my baby, who we couldn’t arrange care for. 10/10.

Walked in here on Sunday night with some family. The service was great, they quickly organised and cleaned a table for us.. the food is nice and it came out really quick too. The servings are a little small for the price that you pay but the atmosphere is really nice and waiters are friendly.

The staff are great help and always around. The service is second to none. Good to enter a positive feel good restaurant. Food was well presented and tasty. Well done Neptunes
