Nasi Dining & Bar

Very disappointing! We made a booking for a table for two at 8.30pm (confirmed by the Restaurant). We arrived at the restaurant at 8.28pm and were told that unfortunately they were unable to give us a table. Obviously they over booked and were hoping that some of the diners may have left earlier. This is totally unacceptable! We did not receive an apology.

A bit noisy. Reasonable food. A bit pricey.

Tasty food, great service, nice decor, a bit pricey but surprising find in the neighbourhood.

This new restaurant has been a very pleasant surprise. The staff was friendly and helpful, the food was absolutely amazing! Highly recommend the Wagyu Beef Rendang and the short rib - delicious!!! And to top it all up, their fried ice-cream was the best I've ever tried!

Had Sunday lunch yum cha selection. Although this meant some standard selections, everything was of high quality and tasty. Much better than average. Served with a smile. One diner had vegetarian cauliflower dish which was delish. Will go back. Is a new start during covid. I hope they thrive. Deserve to based on our visit.

We were hoping Nasi would be good as the area badly needs more quality restaurants - and it didn’t disappoint. We had the wagyu beef rendang, pork belly, duck pancake and fried ice cream - all were excellent, as was the service.

Loved the plant based banquet! So different from vegetarian food tasted in the past. Plenty of meat dishes as well. Ferry and his wife Nessi are wonderful hosts and have gone out of their way to create the cuisine and ambience one would expect to find in places like Balmain orGlebe . John Pye
