A fantastic customer experience, I was acknowledged on arrival by a staff member behind the counter and guided me though the ordering process. The restaurant was very clean and pleasant. Toilets were clean. Chips were freshly cooked. Only less than ideal factor was the small size of the tenderloins day they were not so tender, actually they were tough and disgusting!!! This factor alone means I’ll never be back

It's been 3 days with gastroenteritis after eating half chicken and sweet potatoes chips completely burnt in this place.

This Nandos has been refurbished and it looks amazing. Lots more space and great atmosphere. They have an alfresco area as well. Service is quick even during peak hours and staff is great. Peri Peri chips are always a must have!!

Management needs to step up and need to be more organised !! Waited 27 minutes to order my food and received it after almost wait of 20 minutes after ordering. I was expecting it all fresh and crunchy after a long wait but instead of fresh it was filthy gross soggy food I received. Really disappointed , i was keen to make a complaint to manager but he/she wasn’t available to talk. Highly disregard

Don't come here if you want to be served quick. They take 30 minutes to make a $8 wrap at lunch time. I realise your busy but put more staff on, 15 min acceptable, 30 minutes no.

Fast service and the food is good. Very convenient to use the app and order ahead for take away though for dine in you need to be there and have your table number already so while it lets you skip the queue you still need to wait the same amount of time.

This is by far the worst Nando’s in perth. The service is bad. They refuse to give extra basting when you ask for it. No basting on chicken. Meanwhile other stores offer generously. If you come at lunch time expect to wait 40mins for your food. Being the only nandos in the city you would think they would be the best..

So wasn’t really pleased after having ordered and paid for a meal with included drinks, to then be told that the drinks weren’t cold due to the fridges not working. To add insult to injury they didn’t even have any ice to help cool the drinks. We received the general lame excuse that the person serving us was new and didn’t know. Needless to say if the drinks fridge isn’t working what else potentially isn’t working either. I am potentially walking into a situation of food poisoning if the chicken hasn’t been refrigerated properly in the kitchen. Needless to say, I am not very happy 😕

Saturday night dinner with my 12 years old son. Delicious and extremely tasty. Excellent service.
