Nando's Casuarina

Once was wonderful. Now kitchen staff overworked while service staff slack off and are rude, indifferent and slow. Burger bun stale. Half chicken without skin. Not worth the premium charged.

Order uber eats, when i got the food was cold and half of them was burnt and cant even eat. Also order peri pheri salt which was stuffed inside.Very disappointed.

Friendly and honest staff. Great service and food. Price is good for what you want.

On our last day visiting Darwin from Alice Springs, we popped in for lunch. Owen who took our order was very patient with us whilst we were placing our big order and Bhavana the assistant manager was friendly, assisting and accommodating as well. I have had a lot of Nandos in my lifetime especially in Brisbane and I would say this particular Nandos beats the rest that I have had/sampled in Australia and the closest in flavour to the South African flavour. Go for it. You will not be disappointed.

Didn't like the burger we ordered. Even the chicken does not taste actual like from nandos I tried from other franchise.

Food is good here, but unfortunately they leave customers waiting far too long too often. Weve order in store, over the phone and online many times. You may be told 15 or 20 minutes till food is ready. Average wait times is 45mim to 1hr. Prepare yourself and be patient. Don't expect food to be ready on time unless you order before 5.30pm or after 8.30pm. Food is good though and is almost always worth wait.

Super customer friendly and best restaurant in the world. Love their chicken, soo tender and unique taste. Peri peri chips is the best chips ever and not forgetting the coleslaw, salad and wraps. I mean everything on the menu is really awesome and yummy. Am still disappointed the creamy cracked pepper sauce has been taken off the menu. Its very sad as it has been my favourite sauce ever. All my family and friends have turned away due to this. Please Nandos, bring that sauce back. Thanks
