Nachos Cantina - Mount Waverley

One of the waitresses there was so awesome. She saw my wife who had been crying due to a rough day with our baby daughter and she immediately asked if she was ok and asked what she could do to help. I couldn't thank her enough. Oh also the food is great too. :)

A warm, hospitable atmosphere with helpful and friendly staff, and filling, delicious food. The Black Dog Salsa, as advertised, is exceptionally hot and uses Blair's Mega Death sauce. For vegetarians, the menu is limited if you don't like beans, but you won't be disappointed otherwise. Strongly recommended, from a chilli-head and a vegetarian.

Great staff, closest to American Mexican food we've had here. Great atmosphere. We have become regulars.

We visited for the first time about a month ago... Mid-week, great first experience. Returned this last Sunday for a small group, and was less than thrilled. The Sunday chef made me think everything was tipped out of the same bucket, it didn't taste fresh... just mediocre. I'll give it another shot with a mid-week visit, as it is worth a second chance, but if it fails again, then that's it. I liked the first attempt, but we're shooting for two out of three here! Fingers crossed.
