19-25 Little Bourke St 3000, Melbourne
This is by far one of the best places to eat in Melbourne. Great food, friendly service. The Parma menu is awesome as is the craft beers! You have to try this place.
Only tried the beers here, great selection and tucked away from the rest of the happenings near China Town. Great atmosphere and staff were friendly and helpful. We were heading to another place which was more known but glad to have stumbled on this little place.
Great beers and food always. Even more special during beer week. Great parmas with quality toppings and generous sizes
Great service, great value for money. Very friendly staff. Will definitely go back
They were packed out but they managed to make room. Super friendly. Great food and great prices. Thanks friendly front of house guy :)
I am being harsh with my rating strictly due to the fact that they charge $5 if you want to share food at all, and they provide less chips and salad in the combined share bowl. Was very shocked by that charge when parmas already cost 28 dollars. If you donβt care about any of this the then go ahead the food is great.
This is first time we revisit Mrs. Parma after Covid. The taste remains good.
Food was good but service was ok. When asked for a takeaway container or aluminum foil for the remaining food, the person serving suggested us to take it in a tissue paper.
This is usually our go to place for many occasions. Even though itβs pricy, we still enjoy the food here. But our very recent customer service experience was terrible. The order seems to be noted incorrectly. Having asked us politely we would have still happily accepted the misplaced order. But the guys who seemed to be the supervisor showed poor etiquette and accused us even without even verifying the situation, which we felt very unfair and disappointing. Seems this place is going backward in its customer service.
Parma's are substantial and delicious. I would like to see the menu include some plain crusty bread as a side. I think you can get like cheesy garlic bread and bread and dips but not plain bread!
