Montezuma's

Honestly love the food here so much and I am a regular customer and get this every week but tonight I was so appalled with how I got spoken to by Jo and this wasn't the first time Jo has been rude. The situation could have been handled in a more professional manner tonight and not try to embarrass me in front of the whole restaurant by yelling out and over other customers at me about not wearing a mask (I shouldn't have to explain myself but I don't actually have to wear a mask due to personal reasons) to pick up a takeaway order I placed over the phone. Jo could have came up and politely asked me to go outside instead chose to make a scene. Very rude and has left me feeling very upset that I now won't ever order from this restaurant again as I do not wish to support that sort of behaviour. I also work in hospitality and I know the right and wrong ways to treat a human being. I will say how lovely the lady was that ended up bringing me my takeaway was though.

Have been here several times and the pulled beef is always fantastic, the staff are always friendly. The 3 rather than 5 stars comes from their crazy expensive sides ($7 for a tablespoon of salsa... Slightly larger than a 50 cent coin serving size) and the strange idea that "salad" should involve raw cauliflower and broccoli. I don't know a living soul that enjoys that and I end up swapping it for rice. Not the franchise's fault (they are great) , it's the business as whole's fault for not serving a real salad, salsa, guacamole, sour cream or chilli without having to pay an extra fee.

Waited 45minutes for a take away order, drink was warm (appeared to be sitting on the counter while my food was being cooked), food was cold, hardly any meat in the nachos.

Fabulous food and service. All the same from years of attendance of same franchise in Sydney. Staff are fantastic

Amazing amazing amazing amazing. I love this place so much. Our waitress was lovely, the food was amazing, the drinks were phenomenal and the vibes were so authentic. For a moment I felt like I was in a foreign country :D

How disappointing. After 30 years of eating here the restaurant is obviously under new management. Whilst the food was ok. The service was awful. Dirty tables and a huge wait for meals. Not coming back 😞

Amazing service for such a busy night. I unfortunately did not get the name of our server, but the fair haired lass was amazing and helpful. As was all of the staff we interacted with. Please ensure these staff members are adequately appreciated for their great work!

My friends and I ate at Montezuma's last night, booked for 6-30 and we didn't get our meals till around 8 pm. We had really been looking forward to having Mexican, when our meals arrived they looked terrible and tasted even worse, I would not recommend this place to anyone, I wouldn't give it a recommendation at all.

Not good. Food was average at best.
