Bustling, electric and rustic, Next Door is where you can pop in for a bowl of clams, some chargrilled occy and a swift couple of Manzanillas before or after a show, and easily imagine you're in a bar in Jerez.

Great food and service
Fantastic restaurant
Good Food
Good.
Food was armazing
Wonderful street art.
Settled on the corner of one of the most awesome graffitied alleys in Melbourne, I was so happy they had seating available outside to enjoy a quick bite. Friendly service, lovely combinations of flavours and a unique wine list. I started with the cured ocean trout with beets and a yogurt type sauce which was my favourite. Rock oysters were on point. The olive oil which came with the bread was so tasty, my daughter who is usually a butter fan fell in love with it and the salt to add. A giant prawn which I devoured and the meat on the skewer was very tender. Definitely a place to come back to.
I think I overhyped my expectations, I was looking forward to amazing food. Food - (3/5) Sure the food was average to good but it was nothing to write home about. The tappas was the better part of the menu, pate cigar was excellent and maybe I have a preference for mushrooms as that was also good. Vibe - (4/5) Good setting for casual drinks and finger food. Price - (3/5) I left to get more food afterwards, for some perspective we came out about $55/head. Service - (4/5) Staff were friendly and hospitable
Spanish restaurant with few branches in the Melbourne CBD. Friendly staff and a great wine list as well as beers from Barcelona! Duck leg is great.
Lovely experience and taste. Not cheap though.
