Great service. Ordered marinara pasta and a beef pizza. The seafood marinara pasta was simply amazing. Plenty of varieties of seafood and cooked to perfection. Pasta was cooked well too. Didn't taste greasy at all unlike most other Italian restaurants. Pizza was not as impressive as the pasta but still better average. Non greasy pizza base makes you want to eat more! Could do with more toppings.
Mr paganini review. Straight of the bat a busy establishment. Look and feel is average. Food was ok. Service was good, waiters checked on us regularly. Not the best pizza but it was ok. Their gnocchi was below good, chicken was boiled or steamed. Bleh. Even the aricinni balls were ok, nothing fantastic. Prices are average, not too pricey but questionable to quality compared to what's avail in the area.
My gf suggested this place for lunch on Sunday, plenty of tables and quick service. The pizza was delicious. I enjoyed the wood fired oven. Quite watery ginger ale though.
Only tried one pizza but it was of good quality. I didn't really like the crust of the dough but I liked the flavour and ingredients. Good service from staff and nice aesthetics. Our table was very wobbly but I would still come back to try other things. Big pizza for $20 - enough for two girls to share :)
My family really enjoy the wood fire pizzas here! Perfectly done, good taste. The service was good.
We had breakfast here and the only way to sum it up was perfectly average. Presentation of food was great, however taste was just bland overall. The chia bowl was ok with some nice fruity flavour, however The Eggs Benedict was a let down. The Hollandaise sauce tasted watered down and since this was meant to be the star of the Meal it was a massive let down. The "Thickshake" was flavoured milk at best and had no thick element at all. Overall nothing massively exciting. The water was nice and cold so that was a plus!
I been there few times and generally was always happy with everything. Pizza is OK and they have Gluten free choices.
Came here today for lunch. Service was a little stiff but they warmed up a little by the time we went to pay. I ordered the $25 pasta lunch special (pasta and house wine). I got the Sorrentina (gnocchi, creamy tomato sauce, mozzarella and basil). The dish was simple but it was well presented and I enjoyed the flavour of it. Everyone else's meals looked good too. Wine wasn't great but for $1 (the Sorrentina is $24 on the menu) this can be forgiven. I wouldn't rave to all my friends about this place but I'd definitely come back.
Our favourite Italian Restaurant on Southbank. Stylish decor with great service. Delicious Italian with reasonable price!
Came here on New Yearβs Day for dinner. What an amazing experience. Fast fast fast service, food was great, the place was packed (admittedly, was anticipating a longer wait) and still got my food (table of 4 inc entree) very fast. Can definitely recommend this place for dinner. I will be back! Thank you amazing staff and chefs for keeping it very consistent and fast with service and great foods!!
