June 2021: First visit to this restaurant on Bridge Road, Richmond and was totally charmed by the atmosphere, food, decor and friendly service. A complete restaurant and bar. Highly recommended. Incidentally, the copper plumbing in the men's room is just brilliant.

We regularly eat at "Mister Minh". It's a fun friendly atmosphere with a menu that, unlike many Asian Fusion restaurants, is not too wide. Thus, we find that the food is always very fresh and tasty. Mihn is a very friendly Guy and always say hello. The bar is very reasonable priced with a good selection. The tap beer is fantastic. Highly recommend a visit.

Great atmosphere, food is always good! Just wished whoever was controlling the music didn't skip through songs halfway through the current song. Really annoying!

Late arrival to town & wondered what we could find for 7 people late on a Saturday night. Mister Minh were extremely accomodating. Fast service, fantastic food, highly recommend!

Best place ever!! My first time visiting this place for my birthday, i loved the food.. I ordered chicken pho, it was the best!! I will come back and order again 100%

We tried their duck salad and prawn green papaya salad. They were really good except for a tiny bit too much sugar/honey. If that was reduced its be the perfect healthy and tasty salad. The prawn oyster dumplings are amazing. Their wings with the sexy sauce is true to name. They also have vegan and gluten-free options. The setting and decor is lovely. They have a few booths which allow for privacy. The staff are extremely friendly.

Went here with friends while visiting Melbourne and had a great night. Great atmosphere, fast and friendly service. There is some seating in air conditioning if a hot night. All the food was good and at very reasonable price. Recommend Mister Minh pho, delicious.
