I've been a regular customer of Mina Bakery for almost a decade. The quality of food, taste, and service has never disappointed. Very reasonable prices for a great feed.

Dam good food I go again

I went there several times but today’s experience is really unsatisfactory :( Ordered for “Medo Pizza” but the pizza base was just like Lebanese bread, very smelly garlic paste, less cooked prawn and pepperoni was a total loss of 40 mins drive from North Ryde.

Food is always delicious and the prices are extremely reasonable (and service is speedy too). The staff are friendly and polite. The inside of the store is quite small and not really suitable for anything other than getting in, eating quickly and then getting out - but if that is what you are after, then it is perfect.

One of his staff try to attack me just because i take drink and thought i will pay after i eat inside. One of the staff member was a thoughtful he understand me. But the worst thing end of the day he stand with his other staff member just because he is Arab.

The WORST customer service i have come across to date. The guy at the reception is rude, dismissive and talks in a disinterested tone when placing the order. He almost makes me feel like I’m asking him food for free. He sure as hell didn’t have any problems while smiling and talking to customers from his community.
