Friendly staff

Very bad experience. Poor customer service. Staff seemed sluggish and not very friendly. Got home to realise they missed out a double cheese burger and chips… are you kidding?? Won’t return, I think I’ll go to Beldon next time even though it is a further drive. Shame.

The worst McDonald's so far (may be the CBD maccas is worse on Friday and Sat nights). Very dirty and employees were busy chit chatting. Avoid this place

Worst McDonalds out of the lot. Food is dry and disgusting. Always missing food when going through drive through too. Staff seem very unmotivated and sad. Also, is it free dress for the workers….?

Went in to the store for an ice cream. Used the safe app to sign in to find that all the tables were dirty and disgusting. Told one of the staff but nothing done.

Ordered the BTS meal, came with sauces and overall dissapointing effort put into this meal. The packaging was only changed for the nuggets and nothing else leaving a bit of a miss opportunity for more colour. The nuggets and chips however were pretty good. The sauces however clash in flavour and gave my stomach a burning sensation. Would have been better if they made the meal more "BTS" like such as including a collectable for the meal. The sauces were also bigger which would be nice to see in the classics sauces i mean come one making me pay 50c for them i at least expect a bit more sauce for my money!! It would be nice if they put more effort into these things. As a maccas fan really dissapointed!!!

Constantly getting cold food, meals not what you order. Slap happy service. You spend more time driving back because your food is either cold or not right. You spend $90 each purchase on the weekends and you get slop. A microwave meal is cheaper and tastier. Looks like hungry jacks has there store in order maybe that'll be the point of call next time. Thanks

EVERY bloody time, missing items. Did I say EVERY time? Kids treat after soccer every saturday. Missing items. Have to wait in the car park every time too. If you're taking 5 minutes to cook fries how hard is it to get the order right. Sort it out

I just ordered with uber eats, everything was beautifully packed, the extra toppings i ordered-perfect amounts, im pretty sure they gave me extra extras, and honestly thats the kind of love and support i need in my life. Hahahah help. Haha jks. x THANK YOU x
