One of the worst McDonalds in Sydney! It's noisy like a zoo and the demographic of people are just as bad. Granville has truly lost its identity.

Worst meal tonight of all the Maccas till date. Wrong order received below par food. And if you don't have certain item then just put as not available in uber so no-one will order rather than having to ask refund with uber.

Drive thru was quick and simple, but disappointed that they do NOT have ANY other frozen flavour other than coke. Not placing napkins in the bag seeing as it's DRIVE THRU and shoving as much of the food ordered as possible into ONE paper bag. Customer Service is good depending on who is working that day. Overall, not really happy.

Good service, delicious burgers and good sitting arrangements. Enjoy with family

Busy spot. I went through the drive through and they got my order wrong twice. Luckily there was a chipper girl who was happy enough to run back and forth to get what I was missing.

I always have to wait in waiting bay when I go drive thru, where it gets crammed every single time. One time I decided to go in to order and I had to wait 20 minutes to receive my order! I don't believe this is how a fast food restaurant should operate. One criticism regarding face masks. Staff would wear them around their ears but not covering their faces or sitting under their noses. I hardly see the point

It is always very busy and always at least a 10 min wait. Even at midnight it's still packed! If you can go to another 1 I would advise it.
