McDonald's

Currently have run out of normal soft serve mix and using some sort of powered milk mix instead that tastes horrible, all icy and tasteless. Asked the manager why not just say you're out of stock until you get your nomal mix back. Told that the "higher up management" said you have to use this and thats it... amazing.

Nice playground for kids. Small dining area. Needs a bit cleaning.

Lovely venue, great coffee and the staff are awesome.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal, an additional Quarter Pounder & a McSpicy burger. One of the Quarter Pounder burgers had half the cheese on the burger & half melted to the box, the McSpicy looked like it had been assembled by a 2-year-old, and the Shaker Fries sachet had a best before date of last week. Not happy Ronald.

McDonald's app just doesn't work properly wasting so much time! Been getting worst over the years. The app just needs to let you do 1 thing, order food! Plus this particular McDonald's seems to be missing the onion rings on their menu. Why?

Face to face service poor. Another supplier trying to force people to use a machine. If you can't be bothered with human based customer service then don't expect my customer loyalty.
