McDonalds BP Coomera

I come here quite a lot. The service is always good and so is the coffee. It's great that this place is open 24hrs. There's not a lot of servos that you can enter after a certain time to use the toilets. I work on the road and that is a big plus in my books

Alas we needed sustenance. I'm a weird one to review a McDonald's since I worked at McDonald's for 5 years in my late teens. The manager was bagging up orders and missed an item. My ex-crew chief eyes also spotted her grabbing fries not from the side but over the fries themselves. Food safety not ideal. A picky thing for me is that bags aren't meant to be scrunched closed. Double fold and it just as fast and it doesn't look gross. The crew and overall speed of ordering? There was no hustle. Even when the line was 2 deep - which is too deep. It wasn't that busy though. It's been 20 years since I worked at McDonald's. Old habits die hard but the things I saw were things drilled into us and the reasons were sound. 20 years is a long time. Standards are not meant to go backwards. I'd have thought that they've had 2 decades to improve. It seems not.

Great place to get some Maccas if that's what you're looking for. Big Mac for life 👍

Great to use the bathroom here and happy they have nandos. But when I went, the main bathrooms were closed for cleaning - hard to find the other bathroom. Just clean them while they're open?

The BP side is great, good food and coffee, friendly staff. McDonald's here has decreased in ratings though. Evening visits from me only, to get fuel and a cuppa.

Always clean. Ample parking even when you have a caravan or boat. Always a stop for us on our way through.

Okay on service but the fish burger sizing is such that u might do better to order a double. They've shrunk their portion sizes i think.😒
