McDonald's Weston

we went through the drivethru today, served by natasha. her enthusiasm was non existent when ordering through the intercom. when paying she held out the eftpos machine, didnt speak and used her thumb to indicate to go to the next window to collect items. a bit like swipe right!! not someone i would employ in my customer service business.

Ordering through Menu Log the food is fine but out of three orders they have not been able to get an order correct. In the last order they didn't give me an apple pie, they gave me a sundae with sauce when I asked for one without it, and received chips without the shaker salt that was ordered. The staff are friendly and accommodating when you go in, on one occasion even got a little extra for the inconvenience, but I shouldn't have to come in if they got it right the first time. Disappointing attention to detail - we want the food fast yes but we also want it correct. Please fix.

Useless staff at location. They’ve stuffed up my order numerous times and have missed items from my meals, such as burgers! Very slow service especially in the drive through. Please employ more staff and have staff double check orders!

Clean and quick service

Just received an uber order all the food was fresh and really tasty, I rang the store to double check that they were able to make it and the lady who picked up was lovely GRATE costumer service(I think her name was steph)!

I ordered from drive through at 2am after a 12hr shift, I was asked to park and wait. 20 minutes went by, I drove around to ask for a refund and was approached by the girl who had clearly forgotten to take my meal. I enquired why it took 20 minutes and she told me it's because they have to make it fresh. Her manager said that it had indeed been forgotten. Incompetent, and dishonest. Manager was apologetic. Went home hungry, disappointed and minus 20 minutes of my life

Just ordered 3 coffee this morning and it took like 20 minutes and still the sugar weren't stried well. Terrible service. Personally for me the night service is best.

I have been trying to call the store for the past 30mins! They keep picking up then instantly hanging upim trying to ring as i have a special request. REALLY DISAPPOINTING!

They give me wrong sauce and missing napkins and missing every time
