extremely rude, dismisive and argumentative management staff to the point i was patronised. high recommend you replace or at least retrain your staff before they do this to the wrong person and regret it, if my child wasn't so hungry i would have asked for my money back and the staff would be wearing the order. 👎

I waited 5 to 10 minutes for freshly fried chicken burgers and fries. That's fine. But could you please tell me why the crispy chicken in the burger is bitter and hard? I just feel I am biting a stone with herbal medicine coating. Thank you. I can't even give it a second bite.
Try to redeem my free coffee but the code doesnt work. However, the team members are so helpful and honour a free one for me eventhough I am ready to pay. Love this service. Will come back. Thanks team.
