Staff are friendly. Dining areas kept clean as are the rest rooms. The playground area is suitable for toddlers only. Consistent good coffee and meals at this location. The drive through is often busy.
Some of the freshest big breakky burgers I've ever had, and coffee roasted to perfection! Absolutely perfectππ½
Quick service ,polite, and friendly, go the extra mile Keep up the good work ANDREW L
Fantastic service from Olivia (one of the Managers)... she is a lovely young lady and should be commended for her excellent customer service skills... the store was very clean and tidy... easy parking at the door for eat-in option...
The staff i found here to be very friendly. The food is always hot and fresh. In my opinion and the opinion of my partner, they make the best muffins here. They have a nice little playground inside. The toilets were very clean and well maintained. The service here is almost always on the slow side, more slow than other maccas I've been to and watching the kitchen, staff in there seem to be a bit stressed. All in all a good maccas to me compared to rest when it comes to quality.
Good service. A suggestion is to offer options for example less ice in drinks. Currently only choice is with ice, or without.
Great staff. Had an incident with someone obviously off her head on drugs crying and telling near the playground for a bit before she took herself away. 3.30pm on a Friday... not what you expect
Couldn't work out how to order on the touch screen so went to the servo instead
Very bad experience! Drive through took me 15 minutes overall! Manager said they have a lot of orders but there are actually not. This should not be an excuse anyway! If you cannot handle the cases, should alway hire more people or replace the manager! Reception was not professional or friendly. Wrong meal delivered, not organised! Overall from person number 1 to person number 3, i will give them all 0 star! Never come back again!
I installed the Maccas app yesterday and got a large fries for $1. As I eat a plant based diet I ordered the only burger I could; the vegetarian burger minus the cheese and mayonnaise. Why is it okay to charge customers for extra ingredients but not to discount the price when they remove ingredients? I had to pay 50c extra for almond milk with my cappuccino (which is discrimination as cow's milk is what should cost extra because dairy farming is worse for the environment and cruel to cows). I enjoyed my burger anyway but it was too small for the price, the chips are not as good as Hungry Jack's but my cappuccino is the best I have ever had at Maccas. I hadn't entered a Maccas for a long time because their coffees and hot chocolates' were horrendous, even with soy milk.
