We have gone through drive thru on a couple of occasions and all times they have stuffed up!! Then thought use uber, being lazy not wanting to go out,thinking they would get the order right was i wrong. Missing fries so ended up driving there, so defeted the purpose and paid extra for nothing. If you really want McDonalds andcan go to another store I Highly recommend it, Westlakes is a much better option.
Missing sauces burgers meant to have no pickle but had. Cold nuggets. Extremely rude male with a thick accent who answered the phone to let them know of the error that they're staff had made. Only to be hung up on then call back 3 times but get ignored. Finally answer again and same rude male and same result.
Quite disappointed with this store. Order cannot get through in the order machine, have to repeat again over the counter. Ordered a double beef burger but only get a single one. Luckily I am dining in so can find it out and fix it. Should improve your quality control and avoid the basic mistake.
We ordered 5 mcflurrys and 5 apple pies via uber eats. The apple pies were not in the bag. We called the store and a staff member admitted he had forgotten to put the pies in the bag but said he could do nothing about it and we needed to contact uber eats. Contacting uber eats as a customer by phone is almost impossible so we apparently have no way of getting this matter sorted. McDonald's staff made the error so they should have fixed it. Not happy at all!!
Only get order right 1 out of every 20 times without exageration. There is nearly always something wrong with the order not what you orderd something missing. Never get large that you ask or Pay for always comes out regular. I'll get takeaway from Hungry Jacks or somewhere else coz I'm over it. More often than not if you try to get it sorted out and get what you payed for you get treated like you're wasting there time running them around annoying them.
The food was disgusting and was cold and tasted like cardboard. I put it in the bin it was so bad
Very terrible organisation as far as the new "order at kiosk" situation goes, I had no idea who has ordered, who was waiting, then there were Uber people waiting and it seemed so chaotic at the front counter. I don't like the new system.
I got a blueberry frozen drink and the drink was green. I asked for another one and they gave me the right flavour and the frozen drink was melted not frozen. So I went to the counter again and he gave me my money back and slammed the money on the counter. I also got a lemonade but it tasted like water and tonic water, instead of giving me a drink back the game me my money, I don’t think they know what how to do anything right. They gave my a half filled mcFlurrey and the chips were cold. The chicken nuggets were under cooked. Whatever you do avoid this Mcdonald’s at ALL COSTS!!!!!!
Place was busy and a little grubby overall.. Was asked to buy the special which I agreed to, then after paying was told I'd have a 7 min wait for that special order. Was in a hurry and my original order would of arrived quicker. Maybe just one of those days..
Very clean space and toilets are great even if they're public toilets. Always need to ask for dressing for salad and sometimes they forget something in your order.
